my son is 4 yr 4 m old from last 6 month he is getting stomach infection frequently. pls help Or give suggestion regarding this

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessmefnt is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could ehxamine and evaxluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

please give Homemade freshly cooked food only
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more which helps to Maintain good bacteria in intestine
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer
