my son is 4 years old. his upper jaw is coming out, he is suffering from pain nd little swelling.. what to do at home

A. Hello dear parent! Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene. Good luck and take care
