My son is 4 years old and he gets very angry, and hits people, and doesn't't listen to me. Because of this, I get very upset, so that I am also angry and hit him , then I feel very sad What should I do? Please help me.

A. Please talk to your child try and understand why your child is behaving like this where your child is learning this behaviour from because a lot of kids are like this only when they get irritated or troubled about something they tend to hit people and that’s a usual go to response you need to understand what is bothering your child so much that your child is behaving like this and instead of hitting regular counselling would be very good because if you keep hitting your child will get more adamant and will do this thing over and over
