My son is 4 year old and he has cough and fever . 15 days ago he had same condition . What is the reason

A. It could be associated with viral that cough is also happening and the fever is repeating like this it’s very common to be seen with small kids so currently in the situation for you to consult your doctor and if needed please get a blood test done
