Q.
my son is 4 year old. After every meal he poop from last 7 days. He is active happy no other problem. can please suggest any medicine. stool color is dark some like black & brown both.

If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry.
It is normal finding in babies to pass out motion after taking meal.
Give curd, coconut water, Banana etc to improve the digestion of the baby.
Make sure that the baby is not over fed.
