my son is 4 year and 4 months old ..his weight is not increasing and he is eating all the things. his current weight is 16 kg..what to do

A. Dear parent, weight of 16 kg us absolutely normal for 4 years 4 months old boy child. Your child’s weight at this age should be in the range of 13 kg to 22 kg.
