Q.

My son is 4 ur old and has been having fever for the past 3-4 days. Took Crocin DS as per his paed advice and the fever has gone. But he still has cough and now his temperature is 94.8. Is this normal ?

A. temp is low, avoid giving him paracetomol, n offer lots of fluids. wear him warm clothes. rub hid body with ur palms. for ciugh give ajwain honey water
