my son is 4 n 1/2 months old. what is the symptoms of teething?

A. Hi signs of teething phase are loss of appetite, slow weight gain, tendency to put every stuff in mouth, swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature, loose motions and soarness and itching in the gums

A. Hi It could be diarrhoea it would be loss of appetite sometimes fever and also most commonly you will see the child will try to fight against everything that your child is going to get into its mouth so that’s one of the biggest reasons and swelling and hardness in the gums
