my son is 4 months old he is going motion like this for the past 10 days..smell is different like rotten smell .is it normal or need to do remedies please guide me.

A. normal in the BV dit is quite natural small babies will be passing loose motions no need to worry about them as long as the baby is on mother's milk that chances of infection will not be there
