Q.

My son is 4 months old he is always putting his thumb and both the hands in his mouth want to ask Is he hungry all the time or this is just a habit?? he is only on breastfeeding

A. this is normal in small babies it is only stimulation not have it for me For further advice in this problem it is advisable to consult your doctor for proper physical examination appropriate investigations and proper advice please see your doctor once
