my son is 4 + months old. from the last 4-3 days he has passed motion 3-4 times a day , as he is in breastfeeding ,before this he had passed motion after 4-5 days. what I do to stop this much motions and he's weight is also not increasing.from 4-01-2025 -5.1kg

A. Passing motion a number of times in the day and not passing motion for a couple of days is completely normal for a child so both the situations that you mentioned right now are completely normal for the child so need not worry about it
