My son is 4 months old, from last two days he is doing stool after every feed, he is on formula milk, though i also give breastfeeding twice a day as i have low milk supply

A. Dear mum, it is very common for babies to pass stool after every feed, as many as 7 to 8 times a day. As long as consistency of stool is not watery like loose motions, do not worry.
