My son is 4.5 years . He was always constipation since childhood. bit with medication things are better now. But his anus always comes out from down while passing stool. even if he is not giving a lot of pressure. is there anything that o can do to heal it. Sometimes it hurts him and anus also get very red. plz suggest.
