my son is 3yrs old..now a days he is not eating and he passes gas and he is having blechings very frequently...what is the problem

Hello Mom ) as per described above acidity as well as indigestion seems to be the cause for which you need to keep your baby well hydrated as well as take care of the food he is it taking in such as a no acidic foods should be given and on a regular intervals he should be given something so that there is it no gas trouble you can take a doctors help to give some medicine initially to get him wellWrite Your Answer Here
