my son is 3yr old but he can't say any sentence properly but he say papa mummy and alphabets properly my question is that my child need any medicine sothat he can speak properly

A. it is ok for the kid. Speech to become clear takes time . Initially baby can only say some words . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time like mobile screen. Speech therapy can be taken for same .
