my son is 3years old and his weight is 12.6 kg. whenever he had a fever I gave 7ml paracetamol content medicine (sumol 120mg) . but after 3 hrs he got the fever again upto 100.5 temp. my doubt is what is the time gap between 1st dose and 2nd dose, within 3-4 hrs if I have the fever again shall I give the second dose or else what should I do... pls clear my doubts.

Hello, your baby boy is 3.5 years old and he has a fever more than 100 degrees Then give him paracetamol 15 mg/kg divided in equal amounts of water too
