My Son is 3years and 2 months old, he has no interest in food. He wants to play through out the day and never get tired. Also he doesn't sleep through out the night.

A. Ensure to follow the same sleep routine every day.make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and you can also have a good sleep. If still baby wakes up Avoid day time sleep or you can give warm bath before bedtime.
