my son is 3 yrs old he was afraid of pooping he always withholds it and that cause him constipation. Any suggestions for his problem and his fibre intake also less for that any fibre powder will you recommend.

Just read out stories to him so that he does not feel.scared
Also this will help.give relief from constipation.
