my son is 3 yrs and 7 months old. his weight is 23 kgs. is he obese??

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, yes the weight seems to be little high. Make sure there is a gap of four hours between each solid food and minimum of two hours of gap To give any liquid feed. Give home-made and fresh food. Include more fruits and veggies in the diet. Avoid wheat and Maida product. Include baby in physical activity.
