My son is 3 years old,now only his hair is becoming white with white spots in that area.what should I do

Please consult a dermatologist regarding this issue where invite I have become literally very common with kids these days from an early age only but if the patches are also fearing it is going to be better to check with your doctor at the same time I would advise you to start applying mustard oil into the head of the child to avoid further greying of the hair
