my son is 3 years old he had vomiting for 2-3 days after that one injection was given to him. He started eating food but after 2 days I noticed his urine was red in colour... is this normal or he is having some problem.... share the reason behind this

A. No it is definitely not normal is it is going to be very important for you to get a check with your paediatrician immediately maybe there is some blood coming into the urine or something else but we really cannot be sure about it as of now
