my son is 3 years 8 months old. my paediatrician suggested soliwax ear drops for the wax in his ear. the wax in one ear has already come out after one use. should I stop putting the drop for this ear now? the other ear still has wax.

small amount of wax is totally normal in children and if the child is crying due to the pain then only you need to give the medicine to the child otherwise you can consult your physician still how many days you have to continue the medicine

as such there is no need to use it.
you can use only for the ear which has wax.or 
take clean cotton clothe 
damp it in warm water 
wring out excess water from it.
then make  thin edge of it
and gently clean your child's ear with it.
but please don't push or stick it inside your child's ears harshly.
