A. Hello dear parent! Communicate more effectively with your child. Try giving your child some activities like Babyhug activity books. Encourage your child to draw and colour. Good luck and take care

A. Engage Them in a Physical Activity Get your children to engage in a high energy activity such as running around the garden, skipping, playing with a ping-pong ball or swinging. This alternate channelisation of energy will help them eventually return to their pre-tantrum state. If your child is hyper, it could be because they're just a kid. It's normal for children of all ages to have lots of energy. Preschoolers, for instance, can be very active -- they often move quickly from one activity to another. Older kids and teens are also energetic and don't have the same attention span as adults.Follow instructions. ...Be consistent with your parenting. ...Break up homework with activities. ...Form the behavior. ...Allow them to fidget. ...Let your child play before taking on big tasks. ...Help them practice relaxation.Run a Hot Water Bath They soothe their frayed nerves and bring a sense of calm. Ensure the water is not too hot. You can also infuse the water with relaxing bath salts, lavender oil, chamomile and rosemary. These are considered to be calming herbs for kids and have a positive effect on your child's nervous system.
