my son is 3 years 11 months old and his weight is 12.2 kg. I am worried about his growth. What should I do.

Yes i understand because right now your child should be somewhere around 16 kg so you would be concerned some currently just going to recommend you to do consult a doctor to start with health supplements and tonic and please do start giving good amount of proteins in the diet and a proper balance that where you should include all the foods made at home and if needed consult consultant nutritionist as well
