My son is 3 year 5 months old. He speaks sometimes complete sentence but that is absolutely not clear and once he speaks single words few words we can understand and few not and mostly english words he is very clear like please come, get up, give me etc. And also most of the time he repeats d word like we used to say bye Shivansh so he repeats bye Shivansh. Is it normal or do we need to consult with doctor.
