Q.

my son is 3 months old... and doctor asked me to feed my son only with mother's milk...bt I am not having enough milk ..my son is remaining hungry..please suggest me some remedies.

A. along with healthy and nutritional diet have lactation tablet have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
