Q.

My son is 3 and half months, his birth weight was 2.4 kg and now he is 5.06kg. Doctor has advised to add formula milk in addition to direct feed but I’m reluctant as I want to feed him exclusively for first six months. Is his weight normal or should I proceed with top feed?

A. hello dear the weight of the child is fine .. if you have a good milk supply continue breastfeeding the baby as a breastfeeding mother have lots of fluid and fibre and do not stay empty stomach for long the more you breastfeed the more will be the milk production
