My son is 3.7 years old. His teeth is like in the below photo. what should I do sir. What treatment. and which toothpaste is better

A. hello ma'am there is no picture attached with this photograph it is better to visit a dentist to regarding the problems of the cavity he or she will be able to guide you better. . .
