My son is 3.6 yrs old, one month before use vomiting aur stomach pain hua tha after treatment WO thik tha din last one weak se use fir se potty karne time stomach pain btata he and loos motion ho rha he , din me 2 ya 3 loos motion ho jata he aur kuchh khata nhi he sirf pani ko kahta he....please suggest

A. u c l aIt is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
