my son is 3.5 yrs old and his weight is 17 kg.He is having montair 4mg od . his appetite is very low. I have not given him any deworming medicine. should i give him any? please suggest

De worming is normally recommended for kids till age of 5 to 8 years every 6 months,
His diet should inlcude all foods from different groups
