Q.
my son is 3.4 years old.he is not speaking much.he use only mummy and daddy.can you suggest us whether he needs speach therapy

sir as such no need of speech therapy.
you must avoid giving mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age because it is seen that kids who uses it more likely to learn speak lately.
keep communicating with your child more.
ask simple questions,point out different objects and talk with your child for this.
it will help.
but please don't force your child.
