my son is 3.4 years old. he is having cough and cold from last week with runny node and watery eyes. now cold symptoms have improved but still has cough specially while sleeping he keeps coughing until I give hima Dabur honetus or a spoon of honey. this coughing problem occurs only when he to sleep. otherwise not much coughing throughout the day. while he cough it feels as if he has to cough really hard and pls suggest some over the counter cough syrup .
