my son is 3.11 year old and he gets infection very quickly, so what should I do so that his immunity becomes good?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key rolfe in this.v
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
