my son is 2yr 4 months old he is not speaking he tells all the alphabets and colours but not speaking

So have you given enough screen time to the child to make your child learn all these things because what happens when you show too much of mobile a child is going to grass good on the things that you are teaching but the regular conversation is not going to be there because you have not personally done that conversation with the child so I would suggest you to try and communicate more and more with your child by reducing down screen time in fact make it zero for the time being and it’s going to be beneficial if you require you can consult a doctor as well
