my son is 2years old he is not speaking any words.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good evening !! By two years babies start speaking around 50-80 words Recognizing things, colours , calling by relation or name... responds to commands...
What about other milestones cognitive skills responding to commands , direct eye contact , mingling with same age kids, sorting things, toys shape,size, colour wise arranging...
If delay in above then need to consult developmental pediatrician for assessment..
If only speech related rest all good then consult speech therapist or any reference by developmental pediatrician.
