My son is 2and half months old and mostly he turns his head left to right.. is this normal???

A. Yeah some kids can change their head side that’s not a problem with the problem is the child is always going to sleep on one side eventually the head is going to become Flat so do you have to avoid this habit make your child sleep in all three positions first left then back then right then again repeat the same process with the fourth fifth and sixth sleep so this is how the head is going to be in the regular shape
