my son is 28 month old. sometimes he speaks mamma papa, but recently he only use his hand or fingers to point the things he wants. even after trying to communicate with him...he starts playing and don't want to speak.please advice

A. hello mpst kids will be qble to talk sentences with 2 words or 3 words by age2 but cam be delayed in some kids n just encourage the child give it more opportynity to speqk n nothing to worrt qbout not a problem
