My son is 25 months old. He is not eating food properly and today his motions were also loose. What should I do right now?

You can give banana to the child that’s going to be helpful you can also go ahead with Entrogermina three times in the day and please consult your doctor because a proper course of medication can only be suggested after understanding the reasoning behind your lose motion problem
