my son is 22 months old he got is toe nail injured with bottom of door mild swelling is there he has mild fever too( not sure about the cause) otherwise he is happy and playing.please suggest

A. for pain give paracetamol you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean the area with soap and water

A. Swelling is there then you can keep eyes on that area and after that you can apply Thermophob that is going to help in reducing down the swelling along with that for fever you can give paracetamol or sometimes fever can also be because of little bit of swelling as your child got hurt
