My son is 22 month old...since yesterday he s having runny motions and vomiting tendency. I gave him black gram khichdi in lunch yesterday and his motions started since evening. He vomited once yesterday and in mrng i gv him 2ml graniforce bfre bf. Since morning today his vomiting tendency is ok bt he s stl having runny motions twice. His motion is loaded with dal chhilka. Other than this d baby s really active and feeding well. Plz suggest if its normal or not.
