Q.

My son is 2 yrs and 4 months old but he can't speak properly ,still he can't speak full sentences. what to do??

A. There can be late development of speech in some babies nothing to worry ofor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
