Q.
My son is 2 yr now. He won't eat food properly. He does not lik fruits n veg too. What can I do to feed him?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Most of the toddlers are fussy and picky eaters at this age. Best way to feed them nutritious food is by mixing variety of foods and then give. If he does not like fruits, give in different forms like fresh juices, smoothies, with oats, etc. Feed vegetables in the form of mixed vegetable soup, by grating them in foods, etc.
Try to feed in a separate room, away from distractions. Make eating a funtime by playful activities and serve in a kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw.
