my son is 2 yr 6month old he is having little pimple in his both hand.plz suggest any ointment

A. Hi This mostly looks like an allergy to me you have to get it assessed once because you are the doctor has to check as to what kind of an issue which is in according to that they can advise you with the correct medicine that you should be applying on this this is a very normal thing but consultation is required
