My son is 2 yr 5 month old he is weight now 14 kg this is normal, weight or over weight ah?

Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Avoid outside foods. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
