my son is 2 years old....what are the healthy snacks that I can give him when he wakes up in the morning to avoid biscuits?

A. Hello you can give khakhara made at home Makhana kheer or roasted makhana or fruit custard or veg chilla, upma, sheera, ragi bhakri .can be given Try to Void fried foods bakery foods biscuits sugary drinks. give home made snacks only

A. In 2 years, there are variety of mud morning snacks that can be given to the vaby. You can give seasonal fruits, veg cutlet, fresh juices, pan cake, waffle, milkshakes with dry fruits, roasted dry fruits and edible seeds, salted paneer and mushroom, steamed vegetables, etc. These are very nutritious alternatives which will also help in overall baby's development.
