Q.
My son is 2 years old. Today from afternoon his cheeks started developing red colour but no other symptoms. What could be the cause ? Is it due to the hot weather? Please help me. Thank you in advance.

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child

if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
you can apply aloe vera gel on affected area
please use Babyhug mosquito repellent patches for your child
