Q.

my son is 2 years old, he is speaking single words, he is good at eye contact, pointing finger, responding to the name, playing with other children's, but I googling about autism it's shows if baby don't have social yawning its symptoms of autism, my son don't have social yawn should I worry?

A. most of the babies around the age of 2 years will be speaking small sentences of two to three words only e to have proper vocabulary take few more months in the baby if you have any doubt you may consult a doctor for evaluation
