A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficienchy which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increahse the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Hello mommy, Eggs are power-packed with high quality proteins and healthy fats. One egg contains approximately 6 grams of protein. Daily consumption of eggs enhances muscle gain and weight gain in underweight children. Whole eggs also contain vitamin A and vitamin B12, which are required for the growth and development of a child.
