A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak secntences properly. if the speech dfoes not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. See I’ll tell you two things if your child is not responding to its name not making a proper eye contact not following the commands and all that means your child is a little delayed in the age okay so it could be a mild autism also or it could be a delayed age growth I am not trying to scare you or anything these are the signs for that so you just consult a psychologist once you’ll be more sure about it
