my son is 2 years and 7 month old. He only speak 1-2 words. he doesn't want to speak rather try to convey via hands . it seems he doesn't want to speak as we have not heard a single sentence from him. please advice

A. Maybe your child is having a delay in the speech or development of vocal glands is little less so I think it would be good for you to consult your doctor once a speech therapist would be able to give you appropriate help on the current situation
